Sr Aggregate Spend Analyst

This role is responsible for data integrity oversight, Alcon employee training, compliance monitoring, dispute remediation, and reporting of Alcon US State and Federal aggregate spend requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of State and Federal aggregate spend laws and regulations. Compliance with State and Federal aggregate spend laws and regulations. Filing of State and Federal aggregate spend reportable data on a timely and accurate basis in coordination with Alcon Compliance and Legal. Contact for Alcon employee and HealthCare Professional compliance questions and dispute resolution. Responsible for monitoring and oversight of data, systems, and processes designed to capture aggregate spend data. Development and maintenance of policy and procedure to insure compliance to aggregate spend State and Federal regulations. Work with Alcon Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, and R and D to develop systems and processes to effectively meet aggregate spend requirements.
