We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Specialist I supporting our Manufacturing Team, you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging machinery/equipment at Sinking Spring, PA.

- Perform a variety of repetitive, skilled manual operations to exacting standards
- Strict adherence to SOP's and GMP's
- Ability to read and understand product specifications, Blueprints, and documentation
- Assist in maintaining of detailed product documentation and verification of applicable records
- Must maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Must be responsible for product quality during manufacturing process
- Set grinding wheel, adjust press station or curve when required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Work hours: 2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm

- Previous experience with machine operation, set ups and/or troubleshooting
- Punch Press and Grinding experience
- Strong analytical and mechanical skills
