Site Security Coordinator (FW)
•Provide leadership in the management of Site Security at the Alcon Fort Worth Site.
•Interaction with site leadership and corporate counterparts.
•Broadly versed on issues that affect Alcon domestically as well as globally.
•Keeps site management abreast of current, new and developing security threats and risks.
•Develops and manages response actions.
•Technical internal expert. Communicates changes/expectations to sites and divisions.
•Compliance - Assure compliance in respective areas of security responsibility.
•Programs and Training - Ensures development of site programs and training
•Teamwork - Interfaces with site management in the implementation of site security procedures and standards.
•Documentation - Ensures systems are in place and maintained to properly document Alcon's obligations.

•Associate Degree or equivalent experience at a site security supervisor level is required.
•Fluent in English (essential).
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security, law enforcement, military, or a combination thereof is preferred.
•Knowledge in financial/budgetary processes.
•Ability to lead diverse groups and encourage coalescence around a common goal.
•Well organized, detailed oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with internal as well as external organizations to achieve goals.
•Ability to build relationships and manage key vendors
•Ability to be a champion for change and continuous improvement across Alcon REFS and the business.
•Proven success in a collaborative environment.
•Ability to excel in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
