Service Operations Expert, Security

Job Description
This role is in charge of implementing Identity and Access Management solutions in SAP, governing the process adherence of our vendors, and supports security and authorization topics in a certain domain.

• Domain specific Subject Matter expert for the design of authorization roles and concepts
• Supports and implements strategic projects and enhancements
• Supports Service Transition Management process
• Provides SoD/BCA support and consulting for the business and Corporate Financial Controls
• Supports in emergency task force
• Responsible for supporting RCA and CAPA processes
• Performs technical reviews and approvals in the change management process
• Reviews and approves security controls and firefighter access requests
• Supports housekeeping and periodic control activities (master data reviews, user access reviews, SOD reviews)
• Implements remediation solutions for identified security concerns result-ing from audits, security notes, alerts, and testing
• Consistently reviews SOS, EWA and white papers for improvement opportunity
• Coaches and consults the business on their best and most costeffective security options in their main domain
• Acts as a thought leader for one or more expertise areas
• Demonstrates deep technical, analytical and conceptual knowledge of a variety of aspect(s) of SAP Security.

Minimum requirements • University degree or adequate equivalent work experience
• ITIL V3 certification
• Deep understanding of SAP Authorizations in one or multiple domains
• At least 5 years of technical experience in SAP Authorizations preferably in a Global company
• Good knowledge on ECC, SRM, BI, BOE, and Portal authorizations
• Knowledge of GRC configuration, authorizations, and processes
• Deeper functional understanding of one or multiple main SAP Modules
• Capability to think strategically
• Demonstrates a stand-up mentality, takes the initiative and drives projects forward
• fluent in English
