Service Logistics Specialist

•The Service Logistics Support position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining data controls from various databases used to manage the business.
•This position will also be responsible for reconciling field inventory cycle counts and assisting with any field inventory related issues and/or projects.
•Monitors and resolves iDoc errors impacting CRM and ERP systems.
•Reconciles and corrects any service order related issues.
•Monitors and maintains field inventory levels per suggested metrics.
•Executes field inventory cycle counts and performs reconciliations.
•Provides analysis on parts us-age and monitors associated costs.
•Main point of contact for inventory assistance required from the field or the warehouse and works in association with these parties to provide resolution.
•Initiates and monitors data requests on behalf of the Service organization to completion.
•Monitor Technical Services system interface message queues (IDocs) daily to detect errors.
•Analyze all errors to identify root causes within the context of end-to-end business processes.
•For errors, determine lowest risk corrective actions that conform to business processes and maximize integrity of business data.
•Support business in execution of corrective actions.
•When necessary, perform corrective actions that require system access or technical knowledge not available to business users.
•When necessary, submit support tickets (Incidents) to appropriate service systems for errors or issues that cannot be corrected independently.
•Periodically (minimum monthly) reconcile transaction data in CRM and ERP systems to confirm completeness of system interface operations.
•Collect and report daily counts of CRM and ERP transactions and interface messages by type, status, error code, etc. to allow monitoring and trending of key processes and work-flows as a measure of productivity and process improvement opportunities.
•Define and monitor key data quality indicators to measure system health, reduce error rates, and identify improvement opportunities.
•Implement effective Problem Management process within Technical Services to re-duce/prevent recurring errors and issues.
•Complete tasks or projects related to error reduction and/or data quality as directed by Manager
