Senior Sourcing Manager
Serve Individual Contributor and Leadership role across sourcing team(s).
As senior contributor, accountable for owning Sourcing activities and results with greatest breadth and depth of scope, as needed by the business (Across categories, stakeholder groups, franchise sites, R2P processes and/or compliance systems), and collaborating to support the success of the team.
Develop and execute strategy for site facility services, assuring stakeholder needs, executing SLA's and service contracts, and facilitating high level service and continuous improvement measurement and opportunities.
Responsible for Savings, Cost Avoidance and/or Capital Efficiency of MTO category(s) at large spend site(s).
Lead projects, develop and employ sourcing strategies, and deliver a sourcing and procurement process which is integrated with all relevant business owners.
Analyze expenditure base, perform market analyses, and build, maintain and execute robust project pipeline across categories of spend.
Optimize the selection of suppliers, negotiated pricing, business continuity enablers and total cost of ownership.
Drive synergies across departments, sites, categories and business franchises.
Identify and implement best practices for area(s) of responsibility.
Develop tools and processes to drive efficiencies and high quality results, sharing knowledge and coaching team members.
Build strong internal and external relationships.
Enable compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Facilitate contract execution, maintenance and proper document retention.
Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction opportunities.
- Directly influence Cash Flow, DPO, and Production Efficiencies and Quality KPIs. Coordinate, as appropriate, with Head of Procurement and Regional Category Managers for Facility Services regarding strategy, targets, and performance.

Minimum requirements Bachelor Degree, in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field (Engineering).
Fluent in English
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience facilitating teams, negotiating contracts, working cross functionally and solving problems via analysis and creative idea execution. Extensive experience in supplier management, demand management, and negotiating for facilities management and/or other service providers.
Master's Degree (MBA)
10+ years experience in sourcing, supply chain, legal and/or manufacturing environments, or related six sigma or consulting experiences.
Medical device or Pharma industry experience.
5+ years team leadership experience.
Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Industrial Infrastructure and Utilities Infrastructure Services experience.
