Assist Finance, Customer Operations, and the Surgical Sales Force, in the development, execution and analysis of complex reports, processes, and data mining related to all capital equipment sales, as well as rebate agreements. Responsibilities include building repeatable reports by manipulating various data sources in MS Excel. Analyze data from multiple systems and work with other departments in order to establish the optimal process in conjunction with a get to excellence plan. Ability to quickly learn SAP and business intelligence systems to develop enhancement requests along with implementing process improvements. Effectively communicate complex processes and information to internal and external customers. Capacity to adapt to an ever changing business environment.
