Regional Sales Director - Vision Care

As Regional Director supporting the Vision Care Team you will be trusted to develop and complete sales plans to efficiently implement corporate strategy within a geographical area. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Participating in the Senior Sales Leadership team and collaborating with all aspects of the Contact Lens and Lens Care Business, assisting in the development of field strategy, deployment, and programs to attain company goals.
  • Leading direct reports in the implementation of corporate strategy in a team environment of RSD's, working collaboratively with National Account Directors and Key Account Managers to improve results in their Areas
  • Developing DM's to operate their region as a business unit through needs analysis, strategies, resource allocation, opportunities, and supervising/training reps
  • Interacting with internal departments to assure external customer happiness and providing the field with ongoing support
  • Administration: business/sales analysis, strategic and tactical planning, performance reviews, call-ins, budget control, expense reports, home office projects, computer communication and utilization. Personal development- management, mentor, computer, interpersonal, etc., skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 12 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 8 Years of Leadership
