Regional Payroll Specialist

Job Description
The Regional Payroll Specialist will be accountable to execute the payroll function Alcon associates. This role will have the opportunity to assist in the transition of an existing payroll and time management function to the new Alcon Regional Payroll Service Center. Accountable for executing high quality and accurate service to associates and Alcon in adherance with the Payroll Service Center service levels (SLAs) and key process and operational metrics (KPIs).

Minimum requirements • Payroll operations expertise
• Experience with multiple countries and systems is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll
• Excellent customer service behavior (role model)
• Time Management expertise and experience, Kronos experience a plus
• Transition experience is a plus
• Effective use of technology, resource material, websites and payroll supplier tools to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Ability to provide easy-to-use and -understand information to Alcon's employees on payroll processes and payroll results, as indicated on the employee pay statement
