Project Supervisor - ASPEX

Carry out projects and activities to support production unit operations. Actively assist supervisor, and provide direction to operating technicians as required.

Safety/Housekeeping: Ensure work areas comply with applicable standards (HSE, GMP, etc.), and that associates are working safely. Ensure work areas are clean and safe, and audit-ready at all times. Continuously monitor work areas; identify, resolve, and report safety hazards.

Planning: Plan work activities in accordance with production schedule, and shifting priorities. Monitor team progress versus objectives versus goals, and communicate results to supervisor.

Technical: Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to fill and package products in accordance with standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs, etc). Ensure technicians are working in compliance to regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO). Coordinate daily activities of the work unit, based on guidance from production management. Record and report daily production metrics. Conduct line clearances. Implement CAPAs. Manage and coordinate small to medium projects of moderate complexity to improve quality, improve efficiency, or reduce operating cost.

Team: Collaborate with supervisor and associates to meet business objectives and enhance team capability. Develop personal knowledge and skill, continuously learn. Support training of new associates, and share knowledge and experience with associates to develop team's overall capability. Assign duties, tasks, and overtime to associates according to production needs. Provide regular encouragement and feedback, both formal and informal. Assist with training plans and development activities for associates to enhance the overall capability of the team. Be attentive to employee needs and concerns. Report issues involving individuals or multiple associates to supervisor.

Interfaces: Coordinate/support other shifts and departments to ensure smooth execution of work. Work with Quality Assurance on product quality issues and compliance activities. Work with QA, Engineering, and MS&T to troubleshoot production problems. Facilitate smooth transition of information between shifts and supporting departments
