As Professional Affairs Specialist you will be performing solid high-level support across the Nordics for our important contact lense portfolio. In close collaboration with Key Account Managers, Marketing and Field Sales, the Professional Affairs Specialist will lift the dialogue and perform trainings, seminars and specialist support across the Nordics mainly in Sweden and Finland region.

Your core responsibility as Professional Affairs Specialist will be to support the making and execution of plans for educations and seminars to Nordic Eye Care Professionals (ECP's), staff, optometry schools and students. Assist in developing educational platforms, events and professional materials to reach Nordic ECPs, store management and staff efficiently. Cooperate with Key Account managers and sales representatives for target key customers. Engage with external parties in education activities across all Nordic markets mainly focusing on Sweden and Finland.

Minimum requirements
Minimum requirements:

Be a qualified Optometrist / Optician
Lecturing and teaching experiences is very important
Experience from Optical store management would be advantageous
Knowledge of the contact lens market and players in the market (chains, distributors, manufacturers etc) as well as knowledge of the industry in general
Fluency in English and Swedish
Support the reputation and culture of the Alcon organisation, dependent on creativity, dedication and performance-orientation and focus on achievement through collaboration and innovation (local country level impact)
Adaptable/flexible
Ability to challenge
Holder of a current full driving license
Impact on both internal and/or external associates, stakeholders and customers
