Operator-Soft Tip Machine-C&C-2nd shift (2:15PM-10:15PM)

To process assembled cannula through the various processes (scan, insert tubing, measure cannula in order to satisfy the needs of our customers requirement. 1. Performs a variety of moderately skilled repetitive manual operations and/or operations involving the use of machinery or simple tools to exacting standards. 2. Regularly evaluate product quality. 3. Perform set-up's of machinery in area 4. Verify specifications and documentation 5. Diagnose and solve routine operating problems. 6. Strict adherence to SOP's and GMP's 7. Set up and operate equipment 8. Measure product according to specifications using appropriate measuring devices 9. Perform 1st piece inspection, and in process inspections and enter them into IQS. 10. Set-up and operate Cognex controls for camera system. 11. Set-up and operate EFD glue dispenser. 12. Perform PM on glue dispenser multiple times per shift and at end of shift. 13. Select programs and operate Allen Bradley HMI. 14. Inspect all product being produced on soft tip machine. 15. Change tooling, razor blades and anvils on an as needed basis. 16. Measure glue on comparator and calculate size.
