Manager, US Equipment Financing Arrangements (EFA)

Responsible for managing one of the EFA teams for the US Alcon Surgical franchise. Drives execution excellence in US EFAs from quote to contract and contract to performance, and is a strategic business partner and advisor to the US Surgical Commercial team. Ability to develop concepts, techniques and process standards in contracting and financing. Utilizes creative or innovative solutions to solve complex business issues.

o Finance leader for Alcon US Surgical equipment business (~$135m in new equipment sales annually and ~$250m in existing Contract portfolio).

o Leads Financial Analysts (team of up to 8-10) to achieve operational excellence in EFA execution and contract lifecycle management.

o Business partner to Sales and Marketing teams which enables new financing arrangements on existing equipment and new product launches.

o Directs team in creation and execution of Alcon Rebate Programs (~1,000 active ARPs) and additions for new product launches.

o Solid understanding of how SAP, CARS and other systems function to support business processes in Contracting.

o Demonstrates a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and execution solutions; provides technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice solutions.

o Lead team in achieving results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing productivity standards.

o Maintains quality service to US Surgical Sales Force and Customers by developing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending relevant improvements.

7-10 years directly related experience including financial analysis, revenue accounting, contracting and pricing experience
