IT FRA Regional BPE

As the IT stakeholder manager for FRA Regional Head and Direct Reports, establish regular cadence of IT updates and conduct IT service reviews for FRA in the region • As the Regional subject matter expert for FRA and Financial Assurance processes and IT systems (ERP and local applications), facilitate process & IT system integration x-functions (e.g. Finance & Procurement) where opportunities for synergies, process streamlining exist. Develop a strong collaboration and interaction relationship with the other IT stakeholders in the region (e.g. Regional IT Head and Market IT Managers) to ensure the "One IT" view in term of Business Update, and Communication and Operations Support on FRA related initiatives, projects and issue escalation • Manage Business stakeholder's escalations, run task forces as needed for critical issues impacting Business continuity, engaging w global IT service support teams and regional/local Service providers and facilitating follow up & action execution until their resolution. • Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with Business stakeholders. Suggest high level functional solutions where required working with Global Service Delivery & Design teams • Responsible for the IT demand management process for Corporate Functions in the region (e.g. project, enhancement, demand review board submission); develop project opportunity rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of business case • Provide oversight on local/regional projects and system enhancements impacting Finance & Procurement functions and act as project manager on some initiatives • Be instrumental by leading, coordinating and supporting in the different ongoing initiatives and priorities within LACAR, e.g. Moonstone, Global ERP rollout, Finance Transformation • Ensure System Support operating model is well executed between global and local Finance applications, developing and maintaining strong relationships with ERP IT, Commercial IT and Corporate IT organizations and their contracted Suppliers.
University degree equivalent to MS level in Computer or Life Sciences and/or relevant business experience Fluent in English (written and spoken), speaking an another language being frequently used in the region would be a plus Above 7 years in IT service management, project management, vendor management and effective relationship management • Above 7 years in Business area exposure - FRA, Tax or Treasury would be a big plus • Expert understanding of solutions / technology for respective area - e.g. JDE and SAP knowledge and expert• Proven track records in the area of business process analysis/design, user requirement gathering & documentation, workshop facilitation techniques and project & change management • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills with ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, interpret and communicate complex information. Ability to influence and exercise business judgment • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of deliverables being hands-on and operating with a Do Not Wait To Be Asked mindset • Knowledge in ITIL, Sound knowledge in SOX, GxP
