IRIS Business Lead, OTI

This role is primarily focused on sales order management; creating value and ensuring that the SAP system meets the business needs by: collaborating with other similar work streams and stakeholders to extract and define system requirements, identifying best practices, developing process and, supporting the business end users with the testing and validation of system functionality as well as training super users and implementing associated solutions. Ensures that the solution design addresses all aspects of regulatory compliance and the program drives efficiency and facilitates the growth of the business while being completed on time and within budget.

This role ensures system governance; providing professional advice and recommendations to influence internal and or external contacts. Develops and manages specific initiatives; and delivers tactical results. Provides comprehensive advice on a wide range of issues including but not limited to; order entry, delivery creation and output design. This role evaluates, interprets, and provides direction as to the right course of action. Interacts with internal and external departments to provide interpretation of complex information, and to understand how the needs of other parts of the business and aspects of the external environment may impact the organization. Provides managerial support and guidance to department and collaborates with other departments on goals and objectives, or to clarify information in support of solutions. Directs outputs of a, project or business activity, often across locations. is viewed as the subject matter expert to achieve success of projects and activities.
