HR Mgr Vision Care

This role interacts with various levels of management on all aspects of people management and leadership and actively participates in business, site, or leadership meetings. May support a specific discipline like Compensation and Benefits.

Major Accountabilities
•Support sales leadership and commercial organization with a variety of HR activities.
•Foster a culture in line with the strategic goals of the organization, team building, organizational development and accountability.
•Performance Management, objective setting, targeted development plans, succession planning and performance improvement plans.
•Staffing to include screening, interviewing, selecting, etc. in support of expanding operations due to major new technology transfer to site.
•Employee Relations, conflict resolution, influencing, coaching, HR policy development and interpretation to ensure consistent administration.
•Compensation to include establishing correct salaries for new hires and ensuring current employees are equitably paid, salary planning, reward and recognition.
•Effective oral and written communication skills to include presentations and training.
•Drive business initiatives using change management tools.
•May also provide detailed advice or instruction and recommends adaptations to processes.
•Uses basic analytical techniques and or previous experience to identify the most appropriate option or to adapt or improve existing approaches.
•Provides technical or professional advice to external and or internal contacts.
•Interprets complex information for internal and external sources, offering informative and factual guidance or advice.
•Ensures awareness of the workings of other departments and external environments and the impact they might have on the department.
•Ensures the success and results of small team projects and business activity.
•Coordinates available resources to achieve expected results, either through managing work flow of the team, or ensuring effective deployment of project information and materials.
