Executive Assistant


Job Description

•Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
•Reviews drafts and finish documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
•Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment. May take and transcribe dictation.
•Prepares and distributes critical reports and communications of a highly confidential nature.
•Ability to plan and execute on & off-site meetings.
•Creates presentations and prepares meeting materials. Coordinates schedules. Prioritizes incoming requests. Delegates as needed.
•Investigates diverse issues independently using sound judgment.
•Maintains records and runs complex reports. Analyzes results. Researches discrepancies that may exist and offers possible solutions.
•Screen calls, visitors and correspondence.
•Evaluates incoming documents and/or requests to determine appropriate action to be taken.
•Advises others on executive's views of policies and issues.
•Performs other administrative duties as required.

Minimum requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent English
•3 years directly related experience
