Equipment Manager- Baltimore/DC area

Responsible for selling full product mix of Anterior/Posterior/Refractive products to include: Capital Equipment, Disposables, Accessories, and Stand Alone products for which quota is assigned. Products are to be sold to all subspecialties which products apply to.

Customers called on include, Ophthalmologists, Surgical Assistants, Practice Managers, Hospital/ASC/Teaching Institutions/Managed Care/Buying Groups personnel (to include, O.R. staff, Purchasing, Administration, Biomed, Infection Control, Central Sterile and other departments who have decision making authority on the purchase and use of Alcon products). Objectives include Achieving assigned sales quota; managing expenses within prescribed guidelines; implements Marketing Plans as directed; maintains demo equipment/accessories, IOL consignments; maintaining territory records via the laptop Customer Profile System; and implements corporate contracts.
