The DHR Specialist reviews DHRs (Document History Record) for completeness and accuracy to meet standards.

Review DHRs (Document History Record) for completeness and accuracy to meet standards • Inform proper personnel of errors found on reports • Initiate non-conformance reports as needed • File and store reports as required • Release sterile and non-sterile finished goods • Maintains knowledge of and makes needed revisions to applicable SOPs
