Business Process Expert_Scrum Master

Job Description
Ensure all business end-user requirements for all IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Ensure SLAs are met for all IT services • Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction levels; Act as the primary connection between service delivery and the business • Provide a uniform approach to the way in which customer feedback is handled and resolved

Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. • At least 4 years of Scrum Master experience • Scrum Master Certification(s) a bonus • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or ServiceMax preferred • Experience with Field Service organization preferred • Strong communication skills both verbally and written. • Ability to form strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources. • Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team • Ability to operate in a global organization
