BPA Manager

Job Description
Support FP&A processes - Budget, Forecasting, long range planning, etc. assisting management in strategic and operational decision making • Develop and maintain an insightful monthly reporting package, inclusive of trended KPIs and financial dashboards, used to drive strategic business decisions at the Sr. Management level • Complete ad hoc projects as defined by Head of BPA, COE and at the direction of finance teams the center supports • Disciplined use of financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to manage and perform analyti-cal analysis of financial results • Anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on FP&A processes by applying knowledge of accounting, finance and business processes • Performs economic research and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and income statements

Minimum requirements
BS degree (5+ years of experience); MS degree (2+ years of experience) English Proficient in financial systems and is able to identify and retrieve cost information at a granular level. • Prior finance operational experience with practical knowledge of relevant processes and shared service experience a plus • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, exhibiting leadership qualities • Excellent people and communication skills • Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics • Strong analytical capabilities • Problem solving mindset, with a strong passion for driving a simplification agenda • Ability to work in a very demanding and resource constraint environment • Proven track record for achievement, results-oriented
