BPA Analyst

Job Description
Development of various standard reports, dashboards and presentations used to provide deci-sion support and enhance the review of business performance • Extensive use and support of financial systems including SAP, ASPIRE, APMR, Visualization tools, etc. • Support in the areas of management reporting, business analysis, quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, budget, monthly forecasting, etc. • Prepare fact-based reports of findings and recommendations to management • Provide analysis on business development and monitor business performance by unit, division or brand • Participate in ad-hoc projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned.

Minimum requirements BS degree (and 3-5 years of experience); MS degree (and 0-3 years) Spanish/English • Prior finance operational experience with practical knowledge of relevant processes and shared service experience a plus • Proficient in financial systems and is able to identify and retrieve cost information at a granular level. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, exhibiting leadership qualities. • Strong understanding of finance processes at a global, regional and country level • Good understanding of practices in accounting and finance • Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics • Solid analytical capabilities & communication skills • Ability to work in a very demanding and resource constraint environment • Proven track record for achievement, results-oriented
