Assoc Dir, Integrity & Compliance -Strategic Communications Advisor


Job Description

Key strategist, communicator, executor and trusted advisor on various strategic directives and initiatives supporting the Integrity & Compliance function. Works in close collaboration with the Director I&C Communications and Global Head I&C to ensure strategic alignment with business priorities and impactful communication platforms.

Strategy
• Facilitate process for developing I&C strategy including aligning on function-wide priorities and objectives to drive enterprise-wide impact
• Enable the Alcon Compliance Leadership Team to deliver against its purpose by defining clear, business-focused agendas and planning meaningful leadership meetings
• In close partnership with the Global Head Integrity & Compliance, interpret concepts, ideas and content into strategic updates for the function and division including senior management Communication and branding
• Drive impactful and consistent I&C messaging internally and externally
• Drive enhanced understanding of relevant internal and external stakeholders concerning our I&C efforts by working strategically with functional partners Execution and advice
• Develop consistent internal and external presentations with targeted messaging and tone depending on audience to drive impact
• Lead / participate in function critical I&C programs and projects
• Collaborate with various functions representing Alcon I&C

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages beneficial
• 7 years of relevant experience including 5+ years of top tier consulting experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across cross-functional teams and business units, in a matrixed environment (required)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industries with relevant exposure to compliance function or related components (preferred)
• Experience in a highly regulated industry with its dynamics, regulatory framework (preferred)
