Job Description
1. Month end closing monitoring, ensure all T&E related booking, accruals booked accu-rately and on time. 2. Be in charge of T&E ER over certain limit review and approval 3. Assist on T&E Spoc for employee, BPA, compliance, tax 4. Be in charge of T&E expense report sampling searching and providing to related reques-tor including CFO/audit/compliance/legal. 5. New employee training for T&E 6. Work as an corp card administrator, handling all corp card related employee queries 7. Assist in annual audit and company annual check. 8. Assist on data analysis from BPA/compliance 9. Ad-hoc requirement assigned by line manager.

Minimum requirements Bachelor degree in finance/accounting English - fluent - Over 2 years in MNC/Big 4 accounting firms is preferred. - Good skills on communication - Experience with ERP (SAP) is preferred.
