• Lead short term and mid-term brand marketing strategies and plans (annual plan and 5 year strategy) • Market, consumer and customer analysis to identify the brand opportunities and threats • Monitor the monthly sales and forecasts working closely with supply chain team • Develop trade and consumer promotions, in-store POPs and sales aids • Develop advertising and effective media plans with creative and media agencies • Lead new product launch strategy and plans working with Global Brand team • Develop ECP communication strategy and plans with MA team and KOL doctors • P/L and A&P management
A Bachelor's Degree is required and an MBA preferred. Fluent Japanese & Business level English (both spoken and written) - At least 5 years of brand marketing experience in medical device or consumer goods. - Experience of brand P/L (assistant) responsibilities - Experience of leading the multi-functional teams and/or working with multi-national teams. - Experience of working for OTC or internet retailers preferred.
