We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (Instructional Designer) to help deliver a world-class customer education program that delights customers and scales efficiently as Aircall grows.
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating effective and engaging learning solutions, partnering with colleagues in Customer Marketing, Customer Success and Support.
The goal is to provide a centralized set of learning and training resources that allow customers with different needs to easily access and consume the content appropriate for them. You will conceptualize, design, create and measure online learning experiences that accelerate the success of our customers.
This position is highly visible and requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize, work efficiently and deliver a high quality product.
You will be a member of our global Customer Operations team and report to the Customer Education Manager.
Your mission @ Aircall:
- Personally design and develop content and learning paths that allow customers to effectively utilize the Aircall platform to achieve their objectives. Goals should include driving retention, advocacy, adoption and satisfaction.
- Leverage instructional design principles and strategies to build customer education solutions that work
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess customer needs or opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement relevant educational strategies.
- Work with the selected Learning Management System (LMS) to host and deliver engaging learning experiences that position Aircall customer education as best-in-class
- Challenge the status quo and relentlessly pursue opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
A little more about you:
- Proven experience with external customer facing instructional design. Ideally in a SaaS environment focusing on a one-to-many educational model.
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models that keep pace at a fast moving SaaS company.
- Solid knowledge of modern course development tools and at least one Learning Management System.
- You thrive in a team setting and can build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- You are experienced in instructional video creation and editing.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts.
- You are excited about navigating the complexities of a rapidly growing company operating in and entering new markets around the world.
- You have a proven track record of exceeding goals and achieving growth and success.
- You are a creative problem solver and are able to identify obstacles and viable solutions.
- You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
