Recruiting Coordinator Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our high volume, impactful recruiting coordination team to meet the growing demands of our incredible, fast-paced company
  • Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator Manager on hiring and team strategy
  • Consult with Recruiting Ops on projects that directly impact your team and delegate tasks as needed
  • Partner with Recruiting Leadership to ensure the RC Team is brought along with decision making
  • Set role expectations and hold team accountable to SLAs and quality of work
  • Regularly audit team’s work and is able to provide feedback on basic job function
  • Drive and implement new processes on the team
  • Partner with Recruiting and Sourcing Manager to ensure the team is optimally aligned to support our clients
  • Coordinate on-boarding and training of new RCs
  • Lead with empathy and maintain team morale
  • Provide coaching for developing strong partnerships
  • Advocate for the team and partner with the broader team to help build and maintain a collaborative work environment
  • Strategize with the team to maintain work/life balance, fair distribution and peer support
  • Approve timesheets and strategize with the team coverage when team members go on PTO

Requirements:

  • BS Degree
  • 1+ years experience managing, mentoring and training individual contributors
  • 1-2 years experience within recruiting; recruiting coordination experience a plus
  • Be passionate about the world of coordination and the impact it has on candidate experience
  • Have the ability to think fast, make decisions, and handle yourself well under pressure
  • Be able to take initiative and pitch ideas and suggest proactive decisions
  • Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
