What is the role of an SEO Manager at Luxury Retreats? You'll be part of a marketing team whose approach is results-oriented and use your SEO knowledge to manage the optimization of our website and our content and to attract the attention of our target audience!

Do you think you have the right profile? Your responsibilities:

  • Provide and manage organic search engine optimization (SEO);
  • Increase Luxury Retreats organic search traffic using white hat SEO techniques;
  • Effectively manage performance monitoring reports and key performance indicators;
  • Create an SEO content strategy;
  • Work with the development team to implement SEO processes;
  • Proactively identify SEO opportunities on the pages;
  • Conduct a competitive analysis to identify opportunities;
  • Be an SEO technical expert within internal teams;
  • Keep abreast of search algorithm updates and social networking updates for tactical and tactical purposes.

Your skills and experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in SEO;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing a team;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high analytical capacity
  • Knowledge of SEO software as a reference in the sector;
  • Excellent oral, written and analytical communication skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment where deadlines are paramount
  • Sharp sense of detail and very organized;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • With a team spirit and knowing how to develop a cordial and professional relationship with staff and Luxury Retreats partners at all levels.

Who you are and what you have accomplished:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience;
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics;
  • Strong analytical mindset and skills, excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Familiar with industry-standard SEO software;
  • Possess strong written, analytical and verbal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment;
  • Detail-oriented and well organized;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
