Airbnb Experiences - Vetting and Onboarding Specialist

Role Description

Airbnb Experiences is a fast-paced and growing business unit focused on providing safe and quality experiences for traveler's around the world. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yrs work experience with strong communication skills. The on boarding specialist will join the Airbnb Experiences Operations team. As a member of this rockstar and growing team, you will be responsible for vetting applications for the Airbnb Experiences platform against our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Ops team to vet and onboard a high volume of quality experiences to support a growing marketplace
  • Manage inbound queue of host and respond within outlined SLA
  • Maintain accurate application of quality standards for all new experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • University, College, or technical training degree or certificate
  • Verbal and written fluency in Italian and English
  • 2+ years of work experience (Customer service or Sales experience in a corporate environment preferred)
  • Strong operational prowess
  • Self-starter, with the ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, with experience managing communications to a broad, global array of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Docs, Excel (pivots and basic calc functions), Salesforce
  • Ability to handle a number of simultaneous tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive tasks and issues to completion.
