This role will be part of the Supply Acquisition team and will mainly focus on market expansion and supply development in the East China Region (Shanghai, Jiangsu etc).  This role has a critical responsibility of developing acquisition strategy based on different inventory categories, accelerating growth of our supply in the East Region. You will lead a team of City Managers and Account Managers in the region to ensure high-quality listings acquired and achieve our China growth target.


  • Define supply strategies in respective markets 
  • Ownership of overall market health. Build a team that has long term in mind and lead the team to accomplish regional growth target and various operational goal
  • Work closely with internal team on product requirements to better suit local need
  • Work with the central team to define the operation model and process. Through market research, data, to interpret market fact and improve team efficiency  
  • Maintain competitive market intelligence and react to market changes in a timely manner 
  • Drive team performance by leading with example. Share key learnings to the territory and regional team to help members to grow
  • Setting a high bar for integrity, make sure culture won’t compromised 
  • Manage performance effectively to cultivate winning culture
  • Work with PR, Public Policy, Legal team on issue management to handle crisis effectively


  • Performance target (Nights, GMV, Revenue)

  • Host satisfaction  


  • 8 years+ professional experience in startup-type environments
  • In-depth knowledge of vacation rental or travel space within West region
  • Great understanding in local inventory across different property type
  • Sensitive to number and great analytical abilities to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, policy and marketing teams
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment
  • Willing to get hands dirty and also the ability to grow a team 
  • Strong people and performance management experience and able to provide clear guidance to help others to grow to their next level
  • Great integrity and doing things right
  • Ability to achieve target with scalable approach

  • 8年以上民宿行业相关经验,对中国东部地区旅行住宿行业有深刻认知,对本土民宿类型有一定了解;
  • 丰富的行业团队管理和绩效管理经验,善于团队培养;
  • 极强的数据敏感度、数据分析能力和产品感知力;
  • 极强的策略落地能力、解决问题的能力和团队管理能力。
