Brand Analytics Manager
Airbnb’s Marketing organization are storytellers, creators and relentless community champions, responsible for sharing the Airbnb love around the world by creating magical, memorable, shareable experiences that inspire and grow our community.
The Brand Analytics Manager will report to the Marketing Analytics Lead and be based in San Francisco. S/he will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our brand marketing. Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver clear approach for evaluating overall campaign performance and deep real-time insights into to improve that performance.
- Work with the brand management, media and consumer insights teams to define and manage our approach to evaluating brand campaign performance
- Set global standards to guide regional analyst work
- Partner with our agencies to build out real-time reporting capabilities
- Consolidate campaign performance reports across various stakeholders
- Work with campaign teams to identify key drivers of campaign impact and areas for improvement with regards to both creative and media execution
- Gather, prioritize and implement a test and learn agenda for our brand advertising
- Collaborate with FP&A on financial evaluation of campaign performance
- Inform brand strategy based on campaign performance insights
- Provide brand marketing leads with regular insights reports based on global trends in campaign performance
- Deliver regular reports on campaign performance to marketing leads and Airbnb executive staff
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 7+ years experience in marketing analytics.
- Strong business acumen. Ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
- Startup attitude and a passion for building new products and businesses.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed org
