The Workplace Experience Site Lead (Facilities Lead) role is part of the Workplace Experience team, we care for our employees and have dedicated a dynamic team to make life at Agoda an outstanding experience!  From creating collaborative and inspiring work environments, organizing exciting events, and supplying energizing amenities through to welcoming our guests and employees everyday with radiant smiles – the Workplace Experience team pushes the boundaries of the everyday workspace.

We expect the successful candidate to be highly proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and high customer demand.  Be able to perform a variety of tasks and bring their energy and can-do attitude to the role and team.

  • Create, implement and manage operational objectives and processes while remaining agile and adaptable to the constantly changing environment. Provide strategic input for real estate decisions, including build-outs, expansions, consolidations and acquisitions
  • Manage maintenance and repairs, facility expansions or improvements and day to day operations.
  • Manage all vendors providing workplace related services
  • Oversee budgets and track workplace related spend
  • Partner and work hand-in-hand with IT Infrastructure on all workplace technology needs
  • Oversee and ensure that the site operates effectively and helps make people more effective
  • Be an industry expert on the proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in maintenance work, etc.
  • Implement Office Health and Safety Standards in accordance with company and local Thai government regulations and policies
  • Strategic thinker, strong communicator and detail oriented

In order to be eligible for this position the candidate should have;

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • An understanding of customer service, being service-oriented
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • 2-3+ years of experience in maintenance, repairs, facility support
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Background in day to day facility operations/office management
  • Simultaneously handled multiple projects and vendors successfully
  • Ability to work well with people in a highly multi-cultural environment
  • Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills is a must
