Talent Management Analyst for Customer Experience Group


We are looking for a Talent Management Analyst to join our Talent Planning and Development Team within the Customer Experience Group in our Bangkok office.

In this role you will collaborate with different teams within Customer Experience Group (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Workforce Management, Analytics, Operations, …) and other groups in Agoda such as People and Finance. Your work will touch all areas of the people strategies and you will get to learn how Agoda innovates in the areas of customer service and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will pivot around the use of data to provide reports and insights and you will also lead some talent planning and development projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the quality of certain datasets and suggest ways to improve it
  • Build reports with data from different sources to help start conversations related to People strategies in areas such as:
    • Talent acquisition
    • Retention
    • Engagement
    • Learning & Development
    • Career development
    • Compensation and benefits
    • Performance
  • Self-manage analytical projects to provide insights based on People Data to support decision-making on areas such as the ones mentioned above
  • Lead and support company-wide People projects and lead some of them


Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
    • Identify the problem to solve
    • Build hypothesis
    • Determine the analytical approach
    • Extract and modify the data
    • Execute the analysis
    • Validate your insights
  • Expert Excel user: able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid business sense
  • Structured and well-organized approach to work
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills: confident communicating with people of differing levels of seniority, analytical expertise and understanding of the business

Good to have but not required

  • SQL proficiency: can extract data from large databases using SQL to develop data queries
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related degree program
  • Experience working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Previous experience in a role as part of / connected to customer service
  • Previous experience in a HR / People role
  • Previous experience in an Analyst role with similar responsibilities to the ones detailed in this Job Description
