The Opportunity:

Our Senior Talent Sourcer will join a new team dedicated towards market mapping, outreach, candidate engagement and long-term campaigns to bring the best talent into Agoda. As a new team, you'll have an opportunity to build and develop best practices and make an immediate impact. Your main focus will be building candidates pools and active pipelines for senior and difficult to fill positions throughout various departments in Agoda.

In this Role, you'll get to: 

  • Scale our sourcing efforts to reduce Agoda's cost per hire, time to fill, and the number of interviews it takes to make a hire
  • Leverage Agoda's database of candidates (1.3M and counting in Greenhouse!) to build out campaigns to engage previous applicants
  • Develop industry knowledge and insights to advise recruiters and hiring partners alike on talent insights
  • Create unique and memorable campaigns to engage with top-talent across the globe\
  • Impact all of Agoda with a focus on hiring critical positions, across multiple teams

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years experience in a talent acquisition capacity with a focus on sourcing and engaging with in-demand talent
  • Experience recruiting and/or sourcing on multiple roles across multiple skill sets
  • Deep knowledge and passion about sourcing strategies beyond sending InMails
  • Experience leading complex projects
  • Experimental mindset - you can test, measure, and scale new initiatives backed by data
  • Passion for improving both candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction at every step of the recruiting process

It's Great if you have:

  • Knowledge of recruiting and/or sourcing in APAC region
  • Leadership recruiting and/or sourcing experience
  • Experience using Mailchimp (or similar) at any scale
