The Partner Services Operations team supports Agoda’s relationships with our properties and offers them the support that can improve their online sales through our platforms and products. This includes advising them on how to offer competitive rates, keeping their availability topped up, and inviting them to join production-boosting programs. We are a team of relationship-builders and consultants. Our team members are personable, possess strong verbal communication skills, and have business acumen. We are insightful and productive, able to analyze data and recommend suitable strategies to our properties. The Partner Services Operations team is ambitious, always pushing for the best results that help us and our partners succeed.
An internship with the supply operations team will give you the opportunity to conceptualize, present and implement innovative solutions to improve supply performance; from increasing inventory and availability or improving our competitive position, to ramping up supply team productivity or identifying efficiency improvements. The supply operations team continuously interacts with all key departments in the organization and has a direct impact on Agoda’s performance, measured with data and experimentation.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Currently and will be holding active student status during the internship period
- Strong communication skill with fluency in English
- Familiarity with the eCommerce, tech and travel industries
- Competent with MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
