Office Administrator for Customer Experience Group

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Send welcome, greetings and register visitors, vendors, clients, candidates, customers in and out of the office and inform appropriate personnel
  • Ensure compliance security policies
  • Manage, monitor and ensure reception,
  • Act as a point of contact internally, externally & emergency situations
  • Manage calendar invites, scheduling meetings
  • Handle mails & deliveries & and calls
  • Assist to provide office supplies (office & kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks; task includes ordering new supplies, identifying new suppliers and obtaining the best price for Alert
  • Assist to supervise the maintenance of office facilities & equipment
  • Assist in booking conference rooms, organize all aspects for meetings and arrange catering when necessary
  • Assist other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, faxing and scanning
  • On site preparation for new hires i.e. workstation, access card, welcome email and other local onboarding activity
  • Other clerical and administrative support as required by manager & supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills and well-developed interpersonal savvy
  • Strong Planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Willing to learn & explore
  • Team player
  • Punctual and with well time management skills
  • Computer literacy (e.g. Excel, Outlook)
