Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
  • Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals

 

职责描述:
·         指导解答客户问题、了解客户需求并为客户提出合理化建议
·         妥善地处理客户投诉并记录相关信息。
·         用英语和外籍客户及合作伙伴进行沟通。
·         熟练使用标准的日常服务用语、技术用语为客户提供周到全面的支持
·         积极履行自己的工作职责以及完成公司和主管交给你的其他相关工作。

 

此职位要求精通英语和汉语包括 听,说,读,写。并能适应轮班制并且需要在公共假日工作,以确保24小时客服。

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply / 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (Speak, read & write)
  • Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in shift rotations and even public holidays to ensure we provide 24/7 service to our customers
  • Ability to work under stressful and pressured environment
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Computer literate
