B2B Account Manager – India & Middle East

B2B Account manager is an account management role of the Agoda partnership program covering India & Middle East. It involves working with a wide selection of B2B partners mostly big travel agent aggregators. Person will be responsible for managing their performance on a daily basis to help drive sales for hotels worldwide. Agoda is a leading online hotel provider across the world, part of Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN).

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Daily Account Management of B2B partners
  • Generating and sharing report on a daily basis using Microsoft excel
  • In depth Data Analysis and sharing insights with partners to improve performance
  • Managing existing accounts, building long-term relationships with partners
  • Strategic planning and optimization of partnerships
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gain and share constructive feedback with partners
  • Be an out of the box thinker, creative, able to close to optimize performance of partners quickly, efficiently and effectively
  • Looking for innovative business development opportunities in the markets
  • Generation of B2B partner leads, identification and qualification

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven account management track record
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills is a must (Excel & Power Point)
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated consumer and client orientated mindset with preference for candidates from B2B Travel industry
  • Good understanding of the Internet & B2B Travel trends
  • Experience in interacting with external senior level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast and understand software products
  • Bachelor Degree (Tourism, Hospitality, Commerce, Economics)
  • Fluent in English & Hindi with strong communication skills. Additional language is a plus.
  • Deal / contract negotiation experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently

  • Able to work independently and highly focused in work

This position will be based out of the Agoda office in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
