DEPARTMENTAL INFO/JOB SUMMARY:

As an Agoda Homes Manager, the key objective will be to expand Agoda’s vacation rental supply, and establish and manage agency and property manager relations. Ideally you should be experienced in the hotel-vacation rental industry and / or travel industry. An Agoda Homes Manager will be responsible for their assigned market, driving property sign-ups and supporting partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify, solicit and forge partnerships with home/vacation rental sharing agencies or property managers, to achieve KPI’s
  • Implement and help improve procedures for ongoing operation of onboarding listings
  • Assist operations team with project tasks to improve communication and efficiencies between departments and markets
  • Share and seek out best practices and knowledge
  • Identify and resolve operational issues
  • Assist with training materials for external and internal users
  • Manage an Agoda Homes team in market

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Thai
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to new technologies, quick learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong ability to convince
  • Thinks out of the box in finding and convincing agencies
  • Autonomous and result driven
  • Navigates well in dynamic work environments
  • Team player, professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
