The Visualization and Immersive Technologies Department (VITD) is seeking a Sr. Unity Developer to add to their team! VITD develops a wide variety of innovative tools and applications to support civil, commercial, and national security space systems. From virtual and augmented reality, to web, cloud, and desktop visualization; VITD evaluates and creates unique visual experiences that present data and analysis to key decision makers.

Key Functions:
• Set up projects in Unity that utilize tile maps and data driven CAD assets
• Design and implement the UI in an application to enhance user experience
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Able to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Collaborate with developers to produce applications that incorporate touch screens



  • Bachelor's of Science or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related Bachelor's of Arts or advanced degree in game design, and/or a related discipline.
  • Four or more years of industry experience building data driven applications in Unity
  • Solid understanding of merging scenes in Unity and excellent use of version control software
  • Ability to take a project from creation to delivery, with customer and management guidance
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable presenting concepts to a variety of engineers, management and customers
  • Experience leading small teams and mentoring staff on software development standards
  • Ability to work both independently and/or cooperatively within a team
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance issued by the US government. US citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

• Current/Active Secret clearance
• C++ experience is highly desirable
