Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting in the development, documentation, and transitioning of IAM operational tasks to a managed service, integration of IAM with Corporate initiatives and identifying requirements for IAM/InfoSec engagements. Will be a member of the Information Security team that is responsible for incident response, security assessments, risk mitigation programs, identity, and access management and integrating systems across the enterprise.

KEY FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee transition of IAM operational tasks to managed services. This will include account management processes, role management processes, PKI certificate management and other IAM tasks.  
  • Define and communicate IAM procedures, policies, and standards for acquiring, implementing, and operating new security systems, equipment, software, and other technologies  
  • Work closely with other departments within IT on corporate technology development to fully secure information, computer, network, and processing systems 
  • Provide guidance and develop solutions with a focus on user education and awareness, malware protection, and phishing
  • Participate in strategic security relationships between internal resources and external entities, including government, customers, vendors, and partner organizations  
  • Remain informed on trends and issues in the security industry, including current and emerging technologies and policies  
  • Where necessary, provide Tier 3 support to help troubleshoot complex issues and architect new solutions.  


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR IT/NETWORK SECURITY LEVEL II
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study, or equivalent experience with current Information Security certification such as CISSP or equivalent.  
  • 4 or more years of relevant experience  
  • Proven experience in planning, organizing and developing IT security technologies  
  • Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including information security and authentication solutions.  
  • Experience implementing traditional IAM functionalities
  • Experience in planning, organizing, developing or enforcing policies and standards  
  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management  
  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving security and business problems  
  • Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. This is issued by the US government and US citizenship is required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR IT/NETWORK SECURITY LEVEL III (all Level II Qualifications, plus items below)
  • 6 or more years of relevant experience
  • Ability to translate organizational goals and objectives into actionable implementation plans.  

Preferred:  
  • Experience with specific security technologies related to Privilege Access Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, PKI, Identity administration
