The Challenge
The Strategic Account Executive will be regarded as a trusted business advisor who has deep knowledge and expertise about their customer's business and market to drive revenue within dedicated large accounts in Germany. They will simplify and craft a compelling proposition linked to the customer's business goals. You will need to be curious and have the ability to thrive in Adobe's dynamic and complex environment.
The Role
- Grow and expand sales of Adobe's Experience Cloud in dedicated large enterprise accounts from within the High Tech & Telco Industry Germany
- Build and maintain positive relationships with top decision-makers at C-levels and across the customer organization
- Lead and collaborate with parts of the ecosystem to deliver value and insight to the customer
- Stay up-to-date with your customer's industry and business to understand the customer's environment and challenges and use the information to develop opportunities and value to the customer
- Acquire and maintain a proven understanding of the capabilities of our service offerings
- Drive all Adobe activities within your assigned Account with different teams to meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner
- Develop and implement comprehensive account sales strategies
- Maintain an active and accurate pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Be thorough in the use of the value selling process and utilize and maintain sales systems and tools
- Experience of working with customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals
- Strong sales process, ideally comfortable with value selling or other solutions sales methodologies
- Shown success in selling sophisticated Enterprise Solutions to Enterprise customers
- Able to identify, nurture and close deals in new and existing accounts
- Able to build trust and lead a virtual, team to drive sales cycles and build a great customer experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with board level clients
- Able to drive action in a sophisticated environment
- Proactive and organized approach
- Excellent networking ability
- BA degree, or equivalent is preferable
- Fluency in German (full professional proficiency) and English are a must
