We’re looking for an HR Generalist with a specialization in employee achievement to help us grow our business and our teams.

The HR team at Adlib is small and tightly connected.  We work together to support each other, share opportunities to learn and drive our teams forward.

It’s an interesting time in the history of Adlib Software.  Good things are coming.  With new product solutions ready to launch, customer growth and global market expansion - the plan is coming together.

With this growth comes the need for HR expertise. Our focus as an HR team is simple - drive employee performance through programs, processes, coaching, training and tools.


As an HR Generalist, you will:

Drive performance.  You will manage a client group and will be responsible for understanding their business and people strategy needs to deliver results.  You will assess business requirements, make recommendations and implement programs and tools to manage performance.

Advise and partner with the business.  As an advisor, you will partner with managers to support them with their HR and performance matters including employee relations and coaching staff.

Manage total rewards.  You will be responsible for compensation and managing total rewards in your client group.  This includes commission programs, benefits and some payroll.

Be a team player.  We don’t have all the answers.  You will bring your knowledge and expertise to an enthusiastic team that is open to new ideas and innovation.  We’re not afraid to get back to basics or try new things!


Who you are:

Practical and pragmatic. You are results focused and believe, in some situations, less is more.

Patient.  We have big goals but we don’t have everything figured out.  You can balance strategy and vision with tactical execution. You recognize that getting some of the basics done first is just part of the job and moving things forward.

Resourceful.  We have a lean HR team so doing ‘more with less’ is just a reality.  That said employee engagement and passion is at the core of what makes Adlib a top employer.  We are driven, and committed, to continue to drive value for our people and provide exciting opportunities for growth and professional development. 


What we are looking for – Skills:

  • Proven expertise in performance management
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Education in HRM
  • 7 years or more in HR
  • CHRP completed or in progress

Common sense.  Know when to pick your battles – you can’t win them all.

Don’t sweat the small stuff.  We’re on a journey and we don’t have everything locked down.  We are still working on some of the basics while shooting for the stars. We need people that can evolve with us on all levels.
