Channel Partner Manager

AddThis is looking for a relationship-driven and talented Channel Partner Manager to manage and grow existing and new Channel Partnerships in programmatic and AdTech/Ad network channels. This individual will work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and execute successful relationships and growth strategies with these partners. They will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and rolling out partner specific product marketing, merchandising/promotion and education programs and deliverables.

They will also be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent internal communication with the AddThis Account Management and Product Management teams to ensure internal operations are running smoothly. This individual will coordinate with the AddThis Sales team on driving demand through Channel Partner platforms. They will track, measure and grow incremental channel partner revenue and channel partnerships overall. The goal of this position is to drive adoption, retention and growth with our channel partners including, Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs and other AdTech data partners.   


  • Maintain strong direct level relationships with channel partners to drive awareness, education and adoption of AddThis products while owning execution of these programs
  • Work with AT Sales to drive demand and sales for AddThis products through Channel Partners
  • Manage the process of partner agreements, renewals and contract enhancements with senior-level executives, and work with AddThis internal teams (legal, accounting, etc) to structure and close agreements
  • Introduce, implement and drive revenue of AddThis products with channel partners
  • Develop and establish best practices for working with channel partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to increase effectiveness
  • Maintain clear and consistent internal communications with cross-functional teams in order to optimize channel partnerships

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in developing and building strategic partnerships that help build foundation for revenue
  • Understanding of agency, advertiser, marketing and vendor landscapes; reporting structures of these to the organizations, who are the major players, how do they buy, from whom and the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction
  • A strategic thinker with a keen ability to make recommendations to move the business forward
  • Proven outstanding communication skills, presence and energy
  • A cultural evangelist who nurtures high standards of effort and performance, and drives accountability for sustained and predictable results
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to forge strong, senior level relationships with customers and partners
