Sales Manager - Atlassian and AWS


Computer Engineering and a Master in Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Sales & Marketing

3 - 6 Years of overall experience in the Technology industry in IT services


  • Participate and execute in Sales strategy, Sales plan for Addteq in South East Asia (SEA)
  • Lead overall Sales effort for Addteq, SEA region
  • Lead efforts on creating new and maintaining existing client and funnel
  • Work closely with the Pre-sales to respond to RFP's and Proposals.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation, Exhibitions, Meetups, User Groups etc.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis


  • Strong Sales knowledge and experience in the SEA region with existing good Enterprise clientele for IT Services
  • Strong experience independently executing Sales strategies within stipulated cost and schedules.
  • Good analytical, judgmental and negotiation skills to close deals
  • Consistently achieving High targets.
  • Any Experience in the area of Atlassian or ALM or DevOps domain will be highly valued.
  • Exposure to International markets like APAC will be highly valued.
  • Strong written communication skills in English with Strong verbal communication skills and experience in delivering presentations to CXO's
  • Proactive & self-motivated individual with effective time management & multitasking skills.
  • Discipline in execution and follow up of Sales process to achieve desired results is a strong requirement.
  • Working experience on CRM, Salesforce, JIRA
  • Abilities and aptitude in Marketing, Pre-sales, and Technical would be highly appreciated.
