Digital Marketing Executive
Primary shortlisting Criteria
3-5 years of overall experience in the Technology industry preferably IT. Minimum 2 years B2B digital marketing experience.
MBA or equivalent with specialization in Marketing.
6+ months course with certification in Digital Marketing will be highly valued.
Hands-on experience managing entire Integrated Digital Marketing IT infrastructure / platform including
Website, CRM system, Mailchimp, Social media Scheduler (Buffer.com1), Campaign Management system,
Content Management System, Analytics etc.
Primary Job functions
Participate in overall Digital Marketing strategy, Digital Marketing plan for Addteq US region. Lead overall
Digital Marketing effort for Addteq, US region which includes all Digital channels
Owns Addteq's Lead generation targets and independently leads all online marketing activities to meet or
exceed these targets.
Planning, development and execution of digital campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy
and design, webinars, social media, email campaigns, mobile etc. Independently execute SEO, SMM
strategies to improve traffic and performance of website. Run SEM Campaigns using Google Adwords,
LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Youtube Ads etc. on continuous basis.
Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including addteq.com2 (home page, promotion
landing pages, partners page, eCommerce sections..), social networking landing pages and mobile.
Conceptualize and work with SMEs or Content partners to author inbound marketing content like Technical
Blogs, Case studies, Webinars, Articles etc.
Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Developing, managing, designing / coordinating layouts of promotional and Sales enablement
communications such as presentations, monthly newsletters, event support materials, brochures etc.
Additional supporting Job functions
Put together a seamless process / workflow and dashboards to track digital marketing activities right from
capturing scope, review deliverables, highlight issues / dependencies to ensure rigour to deliver quality and
timely deliverable for marketing needs.
Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting to refine and align activities
towards digital marketing targets & budgets
Presenting progress report & recommendations to Management on challenges & new initiatives in the area
of Digital Marketing.
Contribute to building and maintaining partners network including OEM partnership, Channel partners and
Adhere to corporate branding guidelines and content for any public campaigns or events.
Must be very organised and able to balance multiple projects. Must be flexible, solution oriented and an out-
of-the-box problem solver.
Excellent time management skills
Strong application experience of B2B Marketing concepts like Market segmentation, Target market &
Positioning to assert claims, build credibility and reputation.
Must have extensive knowledge of a broad range of digital marketing technologies and methods to generate
leads for products and services.
Working experience with the following preferred: Google Analytics, HTML, Mailchimp, Buffer.com3
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ...
Strong customer engagement exposure to channels like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email etc. to
generate leads for products & services.
In depth knowledge of SEO and ad-words programs.
Excellent creative content writing skills targeted towards external audience in the form of tweets, google
ads, facebook / linkedIn posts.
Excellent technical editing (or writing) skills in the form of technology blogs, articles and case studies.
