VP of Major Accounts and Operations

  • Member of the Strategic Leadership Team.
  • Lead the Major Customer Account Segment that includes the large Oilfield Service Companies
  • Manage the Sales Administration Function and develop an organizational strategy to meet the company needs.
  • Working with the company President, develop and review potential synergy and M&A to expand the company revenue & profit.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Education - Engineering degree
  • 5 + Years of Management Experience in the oilfield services industry.
  • Master understanding of the sales and customer service practices & policies.
  • Advanced understanding of key business systems (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Field service Experience and Management of the Service Function.
  • Financial - P & L Responsibility.
  • Marketing Experience.
  • Strategy Development, participation on a leadership team.
  • End-User Sales & Business Development.
  • Relationships - Field Level to C-Suite.
  • Digital products and services experience, including knowledge of remote monitoring, cloud services and production optimization.
