Job Description:

Perform full life-cycle recruitment duties
Review and source candidates, utilize job boards, conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, track onboarding, etc.
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are met in a timely manner
Be proactive and creative in sourcing qualified candidates
Accurately evaluate candidates based on hiring needs
Manage candidates via applicant tracking system
Provide top-notch customer service to both candidates and managers
Provide data and hiring reports as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
2 - 4 years of relevant recruiting experience
Impeccable communication, networking, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
General knowledge of staffing procedures
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience working with an applicant tracking system
Must be willing to work proactively and take initiative
