HireStrategy is recruiting for a well-networked Technical Recruiter for a temp to permanent opportunity. Our client, a technology start-up, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record within recruitment, sourcing and placement. This person will be recruiting a diverse set of technology professionals.

Duties:

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of candidates, from proactive sourcing to offer stage and beyond.

· Establish rapport with hiring managers across the organization, both internally and at global field offices, in order to fill open reqs

· Build talent pipeline through sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

· Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including social media platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and referrals

· Network with industry groups, partnership organizations, and influential associates to help identify talent for the firm.

· Manage, streamline, and improve recruiting tools and systems

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree

· 3-5 years of fast paced full life cycle recruiting experience

· Ability to creatively source and identify qualified candidates

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organization and attention to detail
