Job Description

  • Creating high quality reports and presentations in a timely manner
  • Correspond and interface with executives and client on behalf of your business leaders to coordinate meetings, events, pitches, and presentations
  • Manages complex multi-time zone calendar, organizing multiple executive schedules and meetings
  • Booking travel, transportation, lodging, and travel logistics on behalf of executives
  • Monitor and process department expenses, maintaining an efficient filing system
  • Manage digital filing efficiently in Salesforce

  • 3+ years of relatable experience
  • Experience in financial services highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced communication skills and organizational skills.
